Climax Community Club

"Helping support and strengthen local organizations in Climax and surrounding communities"

Our Goals and Purpose

The Climax Community Club provides opportunities to improve one’s leadership skills, networking opportunities, performs community service, and offers various fun social opportunities.

The membership represents a variety of occupations and interests that strive to:

  • Cultivate leadership and self improvement
  • Provide service and support for our local communities

And, our goal is to have fun doing it!

We are a Community Service Organization

The Climax Community Club offers many ideas, time, and financial support that benefit our local communities. The local community often offers ideas where the emphasis needs to be focused and we try to fulfill their needs accordingly.

We are a Leadership Development Organization

The Climax Community Club builds tomorrow’s leaders through a “hands on approach” and encouraging participation on various projects that enhance the local members’ communities.

A Success Story

One of the major recipients of our donations has been the Bentwood Golf Course, located on the north side of Climax. The local community joined together to accomplish a vision set out to attract more folks to Climax. The end-result was a beautiful 9 hole course along the Sand Hill River. Since the course opened for play in the 1980’s, the Climax Community Club has provided numerous hours of volunteer work and just under $300,000 of donations.

A new Community Center was built in 1980 and it is 50 x 100. It has a meeting room, large auditorium, full kitchen and bar.
